My IMAC was a mess. Outlook Express kept crashing (have you ever tried to
get thru to the "problem solvers" in Bangladesh, and then figure out what
they were trying to say in subcontinent English?), they helped me lose my
address book, and then I couldn't even boot up my computer. It kept telling
me I lacked some kind of extension (although it had operated well for two
years).
Ta-da. Barry to the rescue.

Now my desktop is cleaner than my desk, everything works, and he even found
the address book that Outlook Express told me was irretrievably lost in
their system. Bravo and thanks.
